I offer counselling and transformational coaching that is grounded, relational, and intentionally forward-focused. Life is a journey, and I hold space for the journey that has shaped you, while placing equal emphasis on how you choose to show up now and who you are becoming. I believe insight matters – but insight alone does not change a life. Real transformation happens when awareness is paired with intentional action, emotional honesty, accountability and the willingness to engage differently with ourselves and others.

Healing is not simply about managing symptoms or learning to cope better. It is about understanding yourself more deeply, recognising the experiences and patterns that have shaped your life, and creating space for meaningful and lasting transformation. My work is grounded in the belief that people are not broken, but often disconnected from their own sense of worth, identity, purpose, and emotional wellbeing.
I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, relational difficulties, identity struggles, emotional overwhelm, and significant life transitions. Many of the people I support appear highly capable outwardly while internally feeling exhausted, disconnected, uncertain, or stuck in repetitive patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we explore not only present challenges, but also the deeper emotional narratives and survival strategies beneath them.
My counselling approach is relational, compassionate, and insight-oriented. I create a space where clients can feel emotionally safe enough to reflect honestly, process painful experiences, and reconnect with themselves in a more grounded and authentic way. Healing often begins when people no longer feel they need to perform, defend, or constantly prove their value in order to feel accepted or enough.
Alongside therapeutic counselling, I also offer executive and purpose-driven coaching for professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, and individuals seeking greater alignment between who they are and how they live and lead. Many people reach a stage where external success no longer feels internally meaningful. Through coaching, I help clients navigate burnout, leadership pressure, career transitions, self-doubt, relational dynamics, and questions around purpose, identity, and fulfilment. The work focuses not only on achievement and performance, but on emotional intelligence, resilience, authentic leadership, and sustainable personal growth.
Choosing a counsellor is a difficult decision, as the foundation is mutual trust and as a client you need to feel the authenticity of the relationship.
I am kind, warm, reflective, and always grounded in respect for your autonomy. This is not passive therapy, nor is it motivational coaching. It is a collaborative process focused on integration, accountability, and forward movement.
As a counsellor I am also living a human experience. There will be moments where we might share sadness, tears, fear, anger, and laughter. The journey we travel will teach us about ourselves and relationally we will move together on this journey of self discovery and possibility.
I offer both in-person counselling from my home practice and online sessions, working with women, men, couples, and young adults. Whether you are facing loss, emotional pain, relational challenges, or a growing awareness that something within you needs attention, support can become the beginning of profound change.
Taking the first step towards healing and self-understanding can feel difficult, but it may also become the beginning of living with greater clarity, connection, purpose, and freedom.
How I Work
This work is grounded in transformation rather than quick change.
While change often focuses on adjusting behaviour to reach a specific outcome, transformation works at a deeper level — shaping who you are and how you show up in your life, relationships, and decisions. In my experience, when internal alignment shifts, external change follows more naturally and sustainably.
The past is not ignored here. It provides valuable context for understanding patterns, beliefs, and relational dynamics. But this work is not about staying anchored in what has already happened. The present moment is where agency lives — and it is from here that meaningful transformation takes place.
A Transformational Approach
My approach is integrative, directive where helpful, and always relational. Sessions may include reflection, emotional exploration, and practical insight — but they are held within a clear orientation toward forward movement.
This is not about managing symptoms or endlessly analysing experience. It is about:

Consciously choosing how you want to engage with your life going forward
Transformation is not something I do to you. It is something we work toward together — with clarity, honesty, and intention.
